We personally call debtors and overdue accounts, for businesses all over the UK. 

Using a polite but persistent method of calling, which seems not only to be successful, but tries to retain the good will and custom for our clients.

We frequently find the businesses we call on use our services in turn to pursue, their own outstanding accounts.

If we are given a debt the debt remains ours for commission purposes, until it has been paid in full.  This does not of course apply to new or subsequent business.

As we find many small businesses do not have time to pursue persistent debtors through the County Court.  We do all the paperwork with regards to claims, judgements and enforcement on behalf of our clients. 

We charge a 12.5% commission on the original debt, not counting interest or costs, when part or full payment of the debt is paid/ collected.

Under the 1998 Late Payment of Commercial Debt (Interest) Act we claim statutory interest to which our client is entitled at a rate of 8% plus the Base Rate.  We also claim compensation for the cost of Recovery under the same Act, which is £40 for claims under £999.99, £70 for claims between £1000.00 and £9999.99,  £100 for claims between £10,000 and £14,999.99. Claims over £15,000 POA.

We take this as an upfront payment, which is recoverable from the debtor.

Providing the debtor pays in full with interest you could recover more than the original debt!
